1. Shipping Methods
At NutraFab Health Pvt. Ltd., we strive to deliver your favorite health and wellness products safely and on time.
We offer reliable shipping options across India and selected international destinations.
Standard Delivery (Domestic – India):
Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners such as Bluedart, Delhivery, and DTDC. Estimated delivery time is
3–7 business days depending on your location.
Express Delivery (Metro Cities):
Available for select pin codes. Orders typically reach within 1–3 business days.
Free Shipping:
Orders above ₹999 qualify for free standard shipping across India.
International Orders:
International delivery timelines vary by destination (generally 7–15 business days). Customs duties or import taxes, if applicable, are to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.
2. Order Processing & Cancellation
All confirmed orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp to monitor delivery progress.
You may request an order cancellation within 6 hours of placing your order by contacting us at
contact@nutrafab.in.
Once your order is packed or shipped, cancellations will not be possible.
NutraFab reserves the right to cancel any order if fraud or payment discrepancies are suspected. In such cases, customers will be notified and refunded promptly.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total order value, delivery location, and selected shipping method.
The exact cost will be displayed at checkout before final payment.
Shipping Breakdown:
- Standard Delivery: ₹50 – ₹80 (for orders below ₹999)
- Express Delivery: ₹150 – ₹200 (based on distance)
- Free Shipping: Orders above ₹999 (India only)
4. Exchanges or Replacements
At NutraFab, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product, please notify us within
48 hours of delivery by emailing
contact@nutrafab.in with your order details and clear product images.
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or initiate a refund as applicable.
Please note that due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used consumable products.
5. International Shipping & Customs
We currently ship internationally to select countries. International delivery times vary based on customs and destination logistics.
Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their local government.
These are not included in our product or shipping costs.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or local courier restrictions in the destination country.
Please review your local import regulations before placing an order. Once your international order is shipped, cancellations or refunds will not be possible.
