Exchange, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of health and nutrition products, NutraFab accepts returns only for items that are unopened, unused, and in their
original packaging, within 3 days of delivery. Once the returned item is inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–12
business days.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team immediately with your order details and
photographs for verification. We do not accept returns of opened supplements, protein bars, or consumables due to hygiene and
safety concerns.
